What are my payment choices? Accepts:

Boating Solutions, Inc. is happy to accept payment by PayPal under the following conditions. If your order does not match either of these conditions you will not be able to select the PayPal payment method or your order will be canceled.
  • Your entire order consists of In-Stock merchandise.
  • Your shipping address exactly matches the 'confirmed' address on your PayPal account.

The Purpose of a PayPal Confirmed Address
PayPal offers confirmed addresses as an additional layer of fraud protection. Confirmed addresses help guard against stolen credit cards and identity theft.

How Can You Tell If You Have Confirmed Address
Log in to your PayPal account and click on 'My Account' then 'Profile'. Under 'Account Information' click the 'Street Address' link. You will see your PayPal addresses listed here. Under the Status column MUST BE the word 'Confirmed'.

How a PayPal Buyer Can Confirm an Address

  1. Add a credit card to your PayPal account. PayPal will confirm the credit card billing address (i.e., the address where you receive your credit card statement).
  2. Apply for PayPal Buyer Credit. If you’re approved, the address on your application will be a Confirmed Address.
  3. Alternate address confirmation. This process takes several days and is only available for U.S. accounts. To learn more, log in to your PayPal account and visit the Alternate Address Confirmation page. You can also reach this page by logging in to your PayPal account, then clicking the 'Security Center' link at the bottom of the page. From there click the 'Confirmed Addresses' link under the PayPal Protections column.

3) Bank Wire Transfers
Boating Solutions is happy to accept payment by Bank Wire Transfer. A $25.00 wire transfer fee will be added to all orders being paid by wire transfer. Please call us at 480-638-5608 to place an order for payment by wire transfer. Please see our help section about Bank Wire Transfers for our bank and account information.

4) COD
COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders are welcomed at Boating Solutions by telephone. Call 480-638-5608 to place a COD order. A $10.00 fee will be added to your order, and the order must be shipped via UPS Ground. To pay, you must give a Postal Money Order, available at any Post Office, to the UPS driver at the time of delivery. They will not accept cash.

5) Prepay: Check or Money Order
Place an order and send payment by mail. Start by browsing the website and finding what you would like to order. Go through normal checkout in the shopping cart. When you get to the payment options choose Phone Order and note in comments box Check or Money order. Then complete your order. You will receive a receipt which you can mail to the following address below Or you can call 480-638-5608 , and a friendly representative will help with your order. Be sure to write down the order number! Send a cashiers check or money order for the total you are given and send it, along with your order number, to:

Please allow 5 to 10 days for us to receive payment via the mail and process your order. Allow another 5 to 10 days for delivery once the order has been shipped.

In general, under federal law, you will not be liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges, remember to first notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. If, for whatever reason, you are held responsible for this amount, will cover the entire liability for you, up to $50, as long as the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made from while using our secure server.

When will my credit card be charged?

We do not actually charge your credit card until your order has shipped. You may see an authorization for the amount of your order on your card. This can appear like a charge but is actually just your financial institution holding those funds for us until we charge the order. If the order is not charged and shipped, the authorization is usually automatically dropped after a couple of business days. If the authorization on your account has not dropped after 3-5 business days, please contact your financial institution to see how you can have the authorization removed. We are happy to assist you in removing any authorizations if your bank requires us to do so.

When will my credit appear on my account?

If your order has been canceled or has not been shipped for any other reason, and you are seeing a charge on your account, it is most likely the authorization that you are seeing, and not an actual charge. When you place an order, your financial institution places a hold on those funds for us to use when we charge the card. If the order is canceled, then the authorization is usually dropped after a couple of business days. If you have already been charged for an order and are returning a product, the account is usually credited within a couple of business days of receiving the return. If you do not see the credit back on your card within 3-5 business days, then please give us a call at 480-638-5608 so that we can assist you.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You do not have to pay sales tax unless you live in the State of Arizona. The current sales tax rate in AZ is 7.60%

I need a copy of my receipt.

You can get a copy of your receipt/invoice right on our website and print it out for your records. If you login to your customer account, you'll be able to view past invoices and current orders.
