Guidelines

We accept international orders* by internet or by telephone. Our preferred method of payment is American Express, Discover Card, Visa and MasterCard for international orders. Orders placed with a Visa or MasterCard that do not have billing and shipping address match will be automatically cancelled.

If you are paying with a Credit card, both the shipping address and the billing address must be listed with your credit card. Please review our policy regarding billing and shipping addresses.

Certain items cannot be shipped internationally. If you purchase items that cannot be shipped to that country, then we reserve the right to remove any of these items from your order prior to shipping it out or cancel any order that only contains these items. You will not be charged for any items removed or cancelled orders.

*International orders are all orders with ship to addresses outside of the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. International orders do not include orders being shipped to APO/FPO boxes. If you are shipping to an APO of FPO box, please click here for more information.

Freight Charges
When placing your order, the freight will be automatically calculated when you select your shipping option. If the system quotes the incorrect freight charge, we will notify you via email with the correct freight quote and will credit or debit from your payment option the correct cost.


Do you ship to APO, FPO addresses?

Ship Method
When selecting a ship method, please make sure you select the following:

  • US Mail to APO/FPO boxes

APO/FPO orders may require up to 14 business days to process and ship. Most shipments are delivered to APO/FPO destinations in 2 to 3 weeks.

Credit Cards
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted, however, we must be able to verify both the billing and shipping address prior to shipping your order.


Do you ship to Puerto Rico?

Yes, BoatingSolutions.com does ship to Puerto Rico and welcomes Puerto Rican customers.

Ship Method
When selecting a ship method, please make sure you select one of the following:

  • UPS Second Day Air
  • UPS Next Day Air
  • US Mail

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, BoatingSolutions.com does ship to Canada and welcomes Canadian customers.

Ship Methods
When selecting a ship method, please make sure you select one of the following:

  • Canada - UPS Ground
  • Canada - UPS Expedited (2-5 days)
  • Canada - UPS Express (1-3 days)

Most shipments are delivered to Canadian destinations 4-8 business days from date of order.

NOTE: Shipping charges to Canada do not include GST, PST, or any other duties or taxes which may be applicable.

Do you ship to Europe?

Ship Method
When setting up your account, please make sure you select the correct country for your location. The shipping options shown will be the only ones available to your country.

Credit Cards
American Express and Discover cards are accepted, however, we must be able to verify both the billing and shipping address (see address match details) prior to shipping your order. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Customs and Brokerage Services
Custom and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charge found on your order. For more information on UPS customs and brokerage services refer to the Service Guide on http://www.ups.com/.

Special Note
Please make sure it is legal to ship the products you wish to order into your country prior to placing an order. If an order is held indefinitely at customs or returned to us, the customer will be held responsible for the non-returned merchandise and/or any and all freight charges associated with the order.


What about the rest of the world?

International orders must be placed online or over the phone at 480-638-5608. We ship all international orders via UPS & USPS. If your country is in our list of countries below, we can ship to your country. If your country is not listed, we are sorry but at this time we cannot ship to your country.

Ship Methods
When selecting a ship method, please make sure you have entered the correct country in your customer account-when you have done so, only valid UPS WorldWide shipping options will be shown.
