Boating Solutions Hydraulic Steering Systems For Outboards Up To 175HP

The Hyco Hydraulic Steering System and the Hytech Hydraulic Steering System fits all Outboards up to 175HP. There are two different versions based up engine make, model and year and offer a tilt and non-tilt helm based upon your preference.

Let's talk about the Hyco & Hytech System. The Hyco Hydraulic Steering system includes the robust UP20 Front Mount helm, the UC95-OBF front mount hydraulic steering cylinder and 2-qt's OIL-15. The Hyco kit does not include hydraulic hoses. The Hytech does and you have up to 20ft working distance. The Hytech includes up to 40ft of 3/8" diameter bulk hydraulic hose and fittings. However, both systems do use the pre-made hoses that can be purchased separately. You can also use your hoses that you have in place when replacing a current system on your boat. Just make sure your hoses are rated better than 1000-psi minimum and up to 1500-psi. Both kits are offered with a front mount helm and a tilt mount helm (Accept Hytech 3.0) based on your preference. Both kit comes in two different version depending on your Outboard Engine make, model and year. Choose from the list below.
