General Warranty Information

Warranties for all products sold at Boating Solutions, Inc. vary product by product. All warranties are provided by and serviced by either Boating Solutions, Inc. or manufacturer of the corresponding product. Boating Solutions, Inc. does  provide warranty service on some products. Neither the manufacturer nor Boating Solutions, Inc. will be responsible for freight of items requiring warranty service.

WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Boating Solutions, Inc. does not involve itself in user-to-user dealings. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Boating Solutions, Inc., its agents, and its employees from claims, demands, and damages, actual and consequential of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Boating Solutions, Inc. does not involve itself in users' installation of products and is released by user(s) of any damages, actual and consequential resulting from improper installation of products. This being harm or damages occurred to installation user(s) and all other parties involved or having resulted in damage of their property, bodily injury, including any acts from natural occurrences. Natural occurrences: including but not limited to lighting, earthquakes, wind and flooding, or any other unforeseeable acts of mother nature.

Boating Solutions, Inc. does not involve itself in the manufacturing of all products associated with Boating Solutions, Inc. and web site. Boating Solutions, Inc. is released by user(s) of any damages, actual and consequential resulting from the improper manufacturing of products associated with Boating Solutions, Inc. and web site. User(s) shall release Boating Solutions, Inc., its agents, and its employees from claims, demands, and damages, actual and consequential, of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

The product(s) warranty shall be the manufacturer's standard limited warranty for their specific products. All manufacturer warranties may change at any time. Some manufacturer warranties are listed with their products on the ordering page. If the warranty is not listed for a specific product you may contact a Boating Solutions sales representative by phone 480-638-5608 or by email and they will be able to offer any warranty information by manufacture you are requesting. Boating Solutions, Inc. will work with the user(s) to obtain replacement, refund or exchange of product or goods do to a manufacturer's defect in material and workmanship of their associated product or goods.

 


My product is broken or doesn't work.

In the event you receive a broken or damaged item or the item proves to be defective out of the box, please give us a call after you receive the package at 480-638-5608 . We can instruct you whether to contact the manufacturer for further assistance or provide you with an RA (return authorization) number, depending on the circumstance.

 


Whom should I contact for warranty repairs?

We do provide warranty repair or service for some products. If you have used a product and a problem develops, you must contact Boating Solutions for all repair services. We are happy to provide you with the phone number/contact information for the manufacturers of products we repair. In order to return a product to Boating Solutions, it must be defective straight out of the box and you should contact us immediately at 480-638-5608 upon discovering the problem.
