How do I find my product?

The Boating Solutions website uses a top of the line search engine. In addition to being able to show you results really quickly, we also have several ways of refining your results that are unmatched on most other websites you'll visit. If you search for "boat" or something similar that is very broad, you will have the following options to narrow down your search:

Part Number
This shows you results that are in the selected part number range. If you would like to see results only in Boats, you can click there, and you'll be presented with even more specific products. This continues until you are searching within a single very specific product.

Manufacturer
Lets face it... You like some companies more than others. If you search for fenders, you can click manufacturer Taylor to see their fenders that match your search criteria.

Key Word
This one is a must for those who are looking for Boats. We can show you all the Boats, all the Aluminum Boats or all 16' Boats. We want you to find what you're looking for, and this is bound to be pretty helpful. Try it and see!

Products
If you are looking for a specific product search no more than once. Even if you mis-spell or only partly spell the correct word of the product 99.9% of your results given will be the product you are seeking. You can also search through our categories manually by clicking the "shop online" button on the top header navigation buttons.

Entire Site
You can search our entire site using the advanced search. If you need your parts by the upcoming weekend, be sure to select and order your parts by 1:00pm PST time daily. If you're serious about getting your stuff on time, you might also want to select a quicker shipping method than UPS Ground. See our Shipping Guide for more information.

How do I use a coupon?

You can find coupon codes good for great deals and promotions at BoatingSolutions.com in our magazine ads, email flyers, and catalogs. To use a coupon code, follow these easy steps:

1. Add your items to the cart
2. Enter your code in the coupon code field and click the "Apply" button.
3. The appropriate adjustments will be made to your order and you can continue with the checkout process as normal.

Can you email me when an item comes in stock?

Once you've entered your Login Name and Password, there are several ways to use email notifications. If you locate a product, with the single click of a button you can have an email sent to you when the product is available.

In addition, if you find an item that you know a friend would love, click the "email a friend" at the bottom of the product page and just  fill in the email address and, with the click of a button, you can have BoatingSolutions.com send them an email that contains the product description and price. There's even a link in the email so your friend can click and see the product at BoatingSolutions.com.
