Water resistant cleat recesses into body and is captured with rubber seals. 1/8" stamped backing plate, for decks thicker that 1/2". Lifetime Limited Warranty. 6" cleat size x 7" x overall length x 2-3/8" total width. Mounts with four 1/4" screws.
